How can I request a roommate?
You can request a specific roommate when completing your housing application. We recommend both roommates submit their applications around the same time.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! If you don't have a roommate in mind, we'll match you with roommates based on your lifestyle preferences provided in your application.
Do you run credit and background checks? What are the qualifying criteria?
Yes. We conduct both a credit and background screening for all applicants. We generally look for a credit score of at least 650, no felony convictions, and a positive financial history with no outstanding collections or significant financial risk. Additional qualifications may apply.
What is the pet policy?
We welcome approved Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) with the required documentation. Please contact our office for more information about the approval process.
What is the guest parking and visitor policy?
Guest parking is available. Visitors can obtain a guest parking pass through ParkUT before parking on the property.
What is the decorating policy?
We encourage residents to personalize their space while avoiding permanent alterations. Please refrain from painting walls, making excessive holes, or causing damage beyond normal wear and tear. Contact the office if you have questions about a specific decoration.
What happens when I decide to move out?
Before moving out, you'll receive detailed move-out instructions, including your move-out date, and cleaning expectations. Following these guidelines can help you avoid additional cleaning or damage charges after you move out.

What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
We recommend bringing bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, decorations, and any personal items that will help make your apartment feel like home.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through your resident portal. For emergency maintenance, please contact our on-call maintenance team immediately.
